An Overview

The Homeless Coalition of Fort Atkinson, WI (HC of FA) is a 501(c)3 non-profit that provides transitional housing and emergency assistance to families and individuals in need in the Fort Atkinson area. The Homeless Coalition of Fort Atkinson was started in 2019, after the tragic death of Keith Lueloff in one of the city's parks. A group of concerned citizens from churches, organizations, and businesses in the city gathered to discuss options to begin to coordinate support.

Temporary housing to families and individuals experiencing homelessness

Partnering with other agencies for help with employability, financial management etc.
